Which glasses does this app work with?

Glasses Guardian works with most Bluetooth LE smart glasses that broadcast a standard GATT advertisement. Your glasses must be powered on and previously paired with your iPhone via iOS Bluetooth settings or the manufacturer's companion app. We do not act on behalf of, and are not affiliated with, any specific glasses brand.

The app says "Scanning..." but never finds my glasses.

The app paired with the wrong glasses. How do I fix it?

Open the app, go to the Settings tab, scroll to the Device section, and tap Unpair / Switch Glasses. The app will forget the current pair and show the pairing sheet again so you can pick the correct pair.

Why does the app need my location?

Location is used only to log where your glasses last disconnected (so you know where you left them) and to support Safe Zones. Your location is never transmitted off your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The sound plays from my phone instead of my glasses when I tap Ping.

This happens when the Bluetooth audio route to your glasses has gone idle. Fix:

Do you sell or share my data?

No. The app does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. Everything stays on your iPhone. See our Privacy Policy.

Will this drain my battery?

The app uses iOS's energy-efficient Bluetooth scanning and passive location monitoring. Typical background battery use is under 2% per day. You can adjust alert frequency in Settings if needed.

How do I delete all my data?

Uninstalling Glasses Guardian permanently deletes everything the app stored. To clear only your disconnect history without uninstalling, open the app → Settings → tap Clear History.
